01 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:
- "pak333", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the pak333 online gaming platform, its operators, parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees.
- "Member", "you", "your" — any individual who has registered an account on pak333 or who uses or accesses the pak333 platform in any capacity.
- "Platform" — the pak333 website accessible at pak333.site, including all games, services, promotions, and functionality made available through it.
- "Account" — the personal member account created by you following registration on the pak333 platform.
- "PKR Wallet" — the Pakistani Rupee balance held within your pak333 Account for the purposes of depositing funds, wagering on games, and receiving withdrawals.
- "Real Money Balance" — the verified, withdrawable balance in your PKR Wallet, exclusive of any active bonus funds.
- "Bonus Balance" — any promotional, welcome, reload, cashback, or other non-cash-equivalent credits applied to your Account pursuant to a pak333 promotion.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any associated winnings, may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
- "Game" — any casino game, slot, live dealer product, sports betting market, crash game, fishing game, or other wagering product offered on the pak333 Platform.
- "Prohibited Territory" — any country or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the pak333 Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an Account on pak333, making a deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pak333 Platform, refrain from registering an Account, and contact support at [email protected] to arrange the return of any uninvested funds.
Note: These Terms & Conditions are published in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. pak333 may publish translations as a convenience to members, but the English-language version constitutes the authoritative legal text.
pak333 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
03 Eligibility
Membership and use of the pak333 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which you hold an active Account.
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be a resident of, or located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of using the Platform or placing any wager.
- You must not be an employee, consultant, or family member of an employee of pak333 or any of its software, game, or payment service providers.
- You must not have been previously excluded from the pak333 Platform, whether voluntarily or by administrative action.
- You must hold a valid Pakistani mobile number for the purposes of account verification, two-factor authentication, and communication from pak333.
Age Verification: pak333 will request verification documents (CNIC or valid passport) from all members before full deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functionality is enabled. Failure to provide acceptable verification documents within the time specified by pak333 may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.
pak333 reserves the right to request additional identity, source-of-funds, or source-of-wealth documentation at any time, without prior notice, as required by our licensing obligations or internal risk procedures.
04 Account Registration
Each individual may register only one Account on pak333. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all mandatory registration fields. You must not use false names, incorrect dates of birth, fictitious addresses, or unregistered mobile numbers. pak333 is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate registration information.
- Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, which will be verified via OTP at the time of registration.
- You must select a strong account password meeting pak333's minimum complexity requirements at registration.
- All registration information must belong to you personally — you may not register an Account on behalf of another person.
- Corporate, trust, or entity accounts are not permitted on the pak333 Platform.
pak333 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the decline.
05 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak333 Account login credentials. This obligation includes, without limitation:
- Not disclosing your password to any person, including pak333 support staff (who will never request your password).
- Not allowing any third party to access or use your Account in any circumstances.
- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number and maintaining an up-to-date registered mobile number at all times.
- Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Notifying pak333 immediately via live chat or [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
pak333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified pak333 of a security compromise prior to the activity in question.
06 Deposits & Payments
All financial transactions on pak333 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits to your pak333 PKR Wallet:
- The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
- Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Available methods may be updated from time to time at pak333's discretion.
- Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Wallet within seconds of authorisation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business days to clear, depending on the sending institution.
- All funds deposited to pak333 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and the return of funds.
- pak333 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
- pak333 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual Accounts as a responsible gaming or risk management measure, with or without prior notice.
Source of Funds: pak333 may, in accordance with its licensing obligations, request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in funds being held pending investigation or returned to the originating payment method.
07 Withdrawals
Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified pak333 Account identity.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Specific minimum amounts may vary by payment method.
- Verified Account withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 15 minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days.
- pak333 will process withdrawal requests 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including Pakistan public holidays.
- pak333 does not charge any withdrawal processing fee. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet upon receipt are outside pak333's control.
- pak333 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where identity verification is incomplete, where a security review is in progress, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until any applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.
08 Bonuses & Promotions
pak333 offers various promotional bonuses to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins or free bets. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic wagering strategies designed to exploit bonuses, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or low-risk wagering patterns, are prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible Account closure.
- Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, the standard Wagering Requirement for pak333 bonuses is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live dealer, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to individual promotion pages for contribution schedules.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
- pak333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
- Only one welcome bonus per member, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
VIP Programme: pak333's four-tier VIP Programme (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Black Diamond) is governed by programme-specific terms published in the VIP section of your Account dashboard. pak333 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates, and tier benefits with 14 days' notice to affected members.
09 Gaming Rules
The use of all Games on the pak333 Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the Game itself:
- Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer Games, by physical dealing and mechanical processes conducted under controlled studio conditions. pak333 does not and cannot manipulate Game outcomes.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a Game, pak333 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered amount to the member's PKR Wallet. Winnings arising from a malfunctioning game session are not payable.
- The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each Game represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee specific returns in any individual session.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each Game interface prior to wagering.
- pak333 reserves the right to limit maximum wagers, restrict Game access, or impose specific conditions on a member's Account where abnormal wagering patterns are detected.
- The sports betting sportsbook operates subject to additional event-specific rules and market terms published at the time of bet placement. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except where explicitly permitted by cash-out functionality where available.
10 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak333 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any time.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other non-human means to interact with any Game or Platform function.
- Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or promotion.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities — such vulnerabilities must be reported to pak333 support immediately.
- Conducting any activity that pak333 reasonably believes may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds from unknown or third-party sources.
- Opening or operating more than one Account on the pak333 Platform.
- Allowing any person other than the registered Account holder to access or use the Account.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening, or offensive communication directed at pak333 staff or other members through any Platform communication channel.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or reverse-engineer any part of its software or systems.
Fraud & Money Laundering: pak333 operates in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under our international gaming license. Any Account suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing activities will be suspended without prior notice, reported to the relevant licensing authority, and all funds frozen pending investigation.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the pak333 Platform — including but not limited to the pak333 name, logo, graphical elements, user interface design, software code, text, promotional materials, and game presentation — is the exclusive property of pak333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak333 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any pak333 Platform content without prior written consent.
- Using the pak333 name, logo, or any associated branding in any promotional, commercial, or affiliate context without a signed agreement with pak333.
- Screenshotting or recording any Game session for the purpose of commercial publication without pak333's express written approval.
12 Responsible Gaming
pak333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a response to financial difficulty, or an activity that negatively impacts your daily life, relationships, or mental health.
pak333 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all members, accessible from the account settings panel:
- Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds. Once a limit is reached, wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
- Session Time Reminders — Receive on-screen notifications after a configurable period of continuous gameplay.
- Cooling-Off Periods — Suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which login and wagering are disabled.
- Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the pak333 Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. All promotional communications are stopped immediately upon self-exclusion.
The minimum age to hold a pak333 Account is 21 years. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, contact [email protected] immediately. pak333 will never contact a self-excluded member to encourage re-engagement with the Platform.

13 Privacy & Data Protection
pak333 collects, processes, and stores personal data as necessary to provide the Platform services, comply with licensing obligations, and meet applicable legal requirements. By registering an Account, you consent to pak333 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory reporting as required by our licensing authority.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak333's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the twelve calendar months preceding the claim.
pak333 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not pak333 was advised of the possibility of such losses:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Losses arising from interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events.
- Losses arising from the member's failure to maintain account security or from the member's own prohibited conduct.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using pak333, you explicitly acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. pak333 is not responsible for the financial consequences of your individual gambling decisions.
15 Account Termination
pak333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pak333 determines in its sole discretion that:
- The member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to pak333.
- The member has failed to provide requested identity or source-of-funds documentation within a reasonable time.
- The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.
- pak333 is required to terminate the Account under applicable law, regulation, or its licensing obligations.
Upon termination for a member-initiated breach, pak333 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of termination for non-breach reasons will be returned to the member's last verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.
Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
16 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pak333 Account, a Game outcome, a bonus, a payment, or any other aspect of the Platform, you must follow the process below:
- Initial Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], including your Account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. pak333 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
- Investigation: pak333 will investigate the complaint and provide a substantive written response within 14 calendar days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case pak333 will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.

Game outcome disputes relating to RNG-based games are resolved by reference to the independently certified server-side game logs, which are the authoritative record of all game events and shall prevail over any client-side display in the event of a discrepancy.
17 Amendments to These Terms
pak333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect member rights, financial terms, or liability provisions — pak333 will provide not less than 14 calendar days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number or email address.
For non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or administrative updates — no advance notice period is required. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the pak333 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
18 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak333 holds its international gaming license. The specific governing jurisdiction is communicated to members upon request through the pak333 support channel.
To the extent permitted by law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory tribunals specified under pak333's licensing framework for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits pak333's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraudulent activity, or enforce a binding arbitral award.
